Our products (including Igris.bot and Hyperbola.network) are non-custodial. We never hold users’ assets, private keys, or credentials. Effortless Labs does not offer financial, investment, or brokerage services.

All content, code, and documentation provided by Effortless Labs are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use open-source components under their respective licenses, but you may not copy, resell, or modify proprietary materials without permission.
If you contribute code or feedback, you grant Effortless Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate that input to improve our Services.
5. Third-Party Services
Some products may interact with third-party APIs, networks, or smart contracts. Effortless Labs does not control or take responsibility for third-party code, uptime, or data. Use those integrations at your own risk.

We make no warranties express or implied about functionality, reliability, security, or fitness for any particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Effortless Labs and its team are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our Services, software, or integrations.
